摘　　要：第15届“管理学在中国”年会以“数智时代的中国管理智慧”为主题,旨在探讨高度数字化、智能化管理情境下,组织管理、产业家涌现、生态红利获取、企业数字化转型等领域的管理理论与管理实践问题。结合会议主题报告、会议论文以及现场对话等环节的讨论内容,对本次年会的主要观点进行总结与评述。The 15th Annual Conference of“Management in China”,with the theme of“Chinese Management Wisdom in the Era of Digital Intelligence”,aims to explore management theory and management practice issues in organizational management,the emergence of industrialists,ecological dividend acquisition,enterprise Digital transformation and other fields in the context of highly digital and intelligent management.This study summarizes and comments on the main viewpoints of this annual meeting,based on the discussion content of the conference theme report,conference paper,and on-site dialogue.
