摘 要:MRI是高级别胶质瘤(HGG)诊治决策的重要评估手段。合成MRI定量参数值能够随组织物理特征变化而改变,据此可反映胶质瘤微细结构和功能异常。近年来,合成MRI已被广泛应用于脑胶质瘤的诊治研究。现就合成MRI定量参数对胶质瘤分级、基因表型预测、肿瘤范围界定、术后真性进展和假性进展的鉴别、早期进展评估的研究进展进行综述。MRI plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment decision-making of high-grade glioma(HGG).The change of quantitative metrics value of synthetic MRI is due to changes in tissue physical features in tumors,which can reflect the gliomas microstructural and functional abnormalities.In recent years,synthetic MRI has been widely used in glioma research.We reviews the progress of synthetic MRI quantitative metrics in gliomas grading,speculation of gene phenotype,defining the tumor extent,postoperative identification of true progressive and pseudoprogression,and early progression assessment in HGG.
