摘 要:本文以低温等离子体(Non-Thermal Plasma,NTP)技术在洗消化学污染物和病原微生物方面的研究和应用情况为主线,介绍了NTP洗消有机污染物的研究进展,总结了NTP洗消机制的相间变化和机制调控;围绕病原微生物的洗消特点,介绍了NTP在灭活细菌、病毒和真菌等方面的研究进展,分析了NTP的物理、化学灭活作用及二者的协同效应;最后,介绍了类流化介质阻挡放电、反电晕放电、阵列式等离子体射流等新型低温等离子体应用形式。本文旨在提供等离子体参数和结构的详细信息,为NTP技术在化学污染物和病原微生物洗消方面的推广应用提供参考。This paper focuses on the research and application of non-thermal plasma technologies in the decontamination of chemical pollutants and pathogenic microorganisms.The research progress of non-thermal plasma technologies in the decontamination of organic pollutants was introduced.The mechanisms of non-thermal plasma degradation and decontamination for different phases and their control was also summarized.Based on the decontamination characteristics of pathogenic microorganisms,the research progress of decontamination of bacteria,viruses and fungi by non-thermal plasma,its physical/chemical inactivation and synergistic effect were briefly reviewed.Finally,novel applications of non-thermal plasma devices such as fluidization-like dielectric barrier discharge,back-corona discharge,array plasma jet were introduced.The review aims to provide detailed information of plasma parameter and configuration and support the further application of non-thermal plasma for chemical contaminants and pathogenic microorganisms decontamination.
