摘 要:目前化学防护面料在防护性和透湿性方面存在难以兼顾的问题。以3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸为母核的可交联溶致液晶单体是一种很有前景的“可呼吸”防化膜材料,能够较好地兼顾防毒与透湿,对其单体结构的设计、合成工艺优化以及组装性质进行深入研究具有重要意义。本研究优化了以3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸为母核、以丙烯酸酯为交联结构的溶致液晶单体合成工艺,制备了一系列不同链段长度的溶致液晶单体,并研究了它们的自组装行为。结果表明,随着烷基链段长度的增加,该类单体分别倾向于自组装成立方相、层状相和六方相。本研究为水蒸气与毒物选择性阻隔分离材料的高效制备提供了新思路,有望克服传统膜材料的透气性能和防护性能的冲突。It is difficult to achieve both excellent chemical resistance and high moisture permeability for current chemical protective fabrics.Cross-linkable lyotropic liquid crystal monomers with 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid core have made significant progress in field of“breathable”barrier membranes for chemical protection,achieving good compatibility between chemical resistance and moisture permeability.Therefore,it is deserved to study the structure design,synthetic route optimization and self-assembly properties of these monomers.In this paper,the synthesis process of lyotropic liquid crystal monomers with 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid core and cross-linked acrylic esters were optimized.A series of lyotropic liquid crystal monomers with different alkyl chain lengths were prepared,and their self-assembly behaviors were investigated.The results show that these monomers tend to self-assemble into cubic phase,layered phase and hexagonal phase,respectively as the alkyl chain lengths grow.This effort could afford an efficiently synthetic method of permselective membranes between water vapor and toxins,and would be expected to overcome the conflict between chemical resistance and moisture permeability of traditional membrane materials.
