摘　　要：为创新监督管理模式和手段,通过供给侧结构性改革的资源要素配置、制度创新,以及均衡价格理论提高工程质量、增加有效需求等应用,创新采用经济学的原理推动管理学的变革,从而探索出高质量发展的工程质量监管模式和路径,以及找到工程质量监督“放管服”的具体措施和方法。In order to innovate the supervision and management mode and means,through the resource element allocation and system innovation of the supply side structural reform,as well as the application of the balanced price theory to improve the project quality and increase effective demand,the principle of economics is innovatively adopted to promote the reform of management,so as to explore the high-quality development of the project quality supervision mode and path,and find the specific measures and methods of“releasing management services”for project quality supervision.
