摘　　要：论文研究了全装修住宅工程施工质量系统性监督管理的专题思路与程序要点,包括责任主体质量行为管理、材料进场验收使用管理、样板引路工作管理、土建与精装工作面交接验收管理、关键工序和重要部位质量重点管控以及全装修住宅质量分户验收管理等,为加强全装修住宅工程质量监督工作和提升质量品质提供有益的参考。This paper studies the special ideas and key points of the procedure for the systematic supervision and management of the construction quality of the fully decorated residential project,including the quality behavior management of the responsible subject,the acceptance and use management of the materials entering the site,the management of the sample guide work,the handover and acceptance management of the civil engineering and the hardbound working face,the key quality control of the key work procedures and important parts,and the household acceptance management of the quality of the fully decorated residential project,it provides a useful reference for strengthening the quality supervision of fully decorated residential projects and improving the quality.
