摘　　要：为降低ZJ118型卷烟机烟支漏气剔除率,采用调整搓板与搓接轮间隙、固化上下胶辊间隙、将磁珠式吸丝导轨改为钢条式导轨3个方面的措施。调整后的搓板与搓接轮的间隙为5.8mm,上下胶辊间隙为0.15mm。经此改进后烟支平均漏气剔除率从原来的平均0.32%降为0.16%以下,大大地降低了烟支漏气剔除率,为ZJ118卷烟持续、高效运行奠定了基础。To reduce the elimination rate of cigarette leakage in the ZJ118 cigarette machine,by adjusting the gap between the washboard and the connecting wheel,cure the gap between the upper and lower rubber rollers,three measures will be taken,including changing the magnetic bead type suction guide rail to a steel bar type guide rail.The gap between the adjusted washboard and the connecting roller is 5.8mm,the gap between the upper and lower rubber rollers is 0.15mm.After this improvement,the average air leakage removal rate of cigarettes has decreased from the original average of 0.32%to below 0.16%,greatly reducing the elimination rate of cigarette leakage,this has laid the foundation for the continuous and efficient operation of ZJ118 cigarettes.
