摘 要:目的探讨逆境商在男护士心理资本和职业获益感之间的中介效应。方法采取便利抽样法,选取安徽省某三级医院的470名男护士,采用一般资料调查表、职业获益感量表、逆境商量表以及心理资本量表对其进行调查,构建并检验中介模型。结果男护士心理资本得分为(104.82±17.59)分,逆境商得分为(131.02±13.73)分,职业获益感得分为(132.35±17.62)分。男护士逆境商总分与心理资本总分及职业获益感总分均呈正相关(r=0.765,P<0.001;r=0.737,P<0.001)。逆境商在男护士心理资本与职业获益感之间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.228,占总效应的30.81%。结论安徽省男护士逆境商处于中等偏上水平,逆境商是男护士心理资本与职业获益感之间的中介变量,医院管理者应积极提升男护士逆境商,增强其心理资本,从而提高其职业获益感。Objective To explore the mediating effect of adversity quotient(AQ)between the psychological capital and occupational benefits of male nurses.Methods Totally 470 male nurses were selected using the convenience sampling method in a tertiary hospital of Anhui province,and investigated using a general condition questionnaire,an occupational benefit scale,an adversity consultation form and a psychological capital scale.Then a mediating model was established and tested.Results The score of the psychological capital,AQ and career benefit were 104.82±17.59,131.02±13.73 and 132.35±17.62,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total AQ score was positively correlated with that of psychological capital and career benefit(r=0.765,P<0.001,r=0.737,P<0.001).Moreover,AQ played a mediating role between the psychological capital and the sense of career benefit of male nurses,with a mediating effect of 0.228,accounting for 30.81%of the total effect.Conclusion Adversity quotient of male nurses in Anhui is above the medium level.It is an intermediary variable between psychological capital and career benefit.It is suggested that nursing managers should take positive measures to improve their AQ,and psychological capital,so as to promote their career benefit.
