摘　　要：目的获取并总结成人手术患者术中下肢深静脉血栓形成风险评估的相关证据,为构建手术室特异性、敏感性的深静脉血栓形成风险评估工具提供参考。方法计算机检索BMJ、Up To Date、Cochrane Library、JBI澳大利亚循证卫生保健中心、PubMed、EMbase、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库等,检索时限为建库至2022年5月31日,并对文献进行筛选、质量评价和证据提取。结果共纳入文献12篇,包括指南7篇,专家共识1篇,系统评价4篇。证据总结形成3个维度,17条证据,其中患者个体因素3条证据、疾病相关因素5条证据、术中因素9条证据。结论医务人员应针对成人手术患者术中下肢深静脉血栓形成风险因素进行风险评估与精准筛查,从而有效降低术中深静脉血栓形成发生风险。Objective To summarize the evidence for risk assessment of intraoperative deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in adults,so as to provide references for the construction of a specific and sensitive tool for risk assessment of such condition.Methods BMJ,Up To Date,Cochrane Library,JBI,PubMed,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,etc were searched for risk assessment of intraoperative deep venous thrombosis in adults with the time setting from inception to May 31,2022.The Literature screening,quality evaluation and evidence extraction were carried out.Results A total of 12 articles were recruited,including 7 guidelines,1 expert consensus,and 4 systematic reviews.All evidence could be integrated into 3 dimensions and 17 pieces of evidence,covering 3 of patients′individual condition,5 of disease-related factors and 9 of intraoperative factors.Conclusion Risk assessment and accurate screening for risk factors of intraoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in adult surgical patients should be performed to effectively reduce the risk of intraoperative deep vein thrombosis.
