摘  要:金属磁粉芯是以金属软磁粉末为原料,经绝缘包覆、加压成型和热处理等工艺处理后制备的软磁复合材料,其中绝缘包覆工艺是制备金属磁粉芯的关键技术。通过介绍金属磁粉芯有机、无机、有机-无机复合包覆工艺,对比磷酸、氧化物、铁氧体等包覆工艺对磁粉芯性能的影响,展望了包覆工艺技术的发展方向,为磁粉芯包覆工艺的研究和发展提供参考。The metal magnetic powder core is a soft magnetic composite material prepared from metal soft magnetic powder as raw material,after insulation coating treatment,press molding and heat treatment.The insulating coating process is the key technology for the preparation of metal magnetic powder cores.Trough briefly introducing the organic,inorganic and organic-inorganic composite coating processes of metal magnetic powder cores,and comparing the performance of magnetic powder cores prepared by coating processes which apply phosphoric acid,oxide,and ferrite.At the same time,the development direction of the coating technology is prospected,which provides a reference for the research and development of the magnetic powder core coating technology in the future.
