摘  要:保障粮食安全,主要压力在饲料粮,推进养殖减排,重要举措也在饲料粮。探索如何通过饲料调控措施促进饲料粮的开源节流、提质增效以及如何发展绿色高效畜禽养殖成为当前研究的热点之一。本文梳理了基于非常规饲料资源开发、低蛋白日粮技术以及精准能量体系等饲料调控实现生猪养殖中豆粕减量替代的有效路径,并综述了国内外关于通过营养调控途径优化碳排放、氮排放和土地利用等方面影响的研究进展,为我国饲料工业挖潜提效,助力养殖业绿色、低碳、高效发展提供参考。To ensure food security,the main pressure is on animal feed security;to promote emission reduction in animal husbandry,the important strategies also rely on animal feed control.Exploring how to improve the quality and efficiency of animal feed and how to develop green and efficient livestock farming through feed regulation strategies has become one of the hot spots in research nowadays.In this review,the effective ways to realize soybean meal reduction and substitution in pig farming based on unconventional feed resource development,low protein diet technology and precise energy system were sorted out,and the research progress on optimizing carbon emission,nitrogen emission and land use through nutrition regulation was also summarized,which provided reference for tapping potential and improving efficiency of feed industry,and assisting green,low carbon and efficient development of animal husbandry industry in China.
