摘 要:豆粕已逐步成为制约肉牛生产成本控制、影响我国畜牧业稳定发展的重要因素。本文基于豆粕的营养价值,对饼粕、糟渣、尿素以及饲草在肉牛养殖豆粕替代中的应用实例和注意事项进行了综述,以期为肉牛日粮中豆粕替代提供实践借鉴,为低豆粕日粮研发提供参考,助力豆粕减量替代行动的推行。Soybean meal has gradually become a limiting factor in controlling the production costs of beef cattle and maintaining the sustainable development of China's livestock industry.In this study,we explored the nutritional value of soybean meal and examined alternative options such as oil-seed-meals,pomace,non-protein-nitrogen,and high-quality forage for replacing soybean meal in beef cattle farming.Aimed to provide valuable insights for the practical implementation of soybean meal substitution and the development of low soybean meal diets,ultimately supporting efforts to reduce the reliance on soybean meal in animal feed.
