摘　　要：椰子粕是一种蛋白质饲料原料,营养价值较高,价格低廉,在畜禽饲粮中可部分替代豆粕。本文就椰子粕营养特性、利用时注意事项及其在畜禽生产上的应用研究进行了综述,为生产实际合理、有效利用椰子粕提供理论参考。Coconut meal is a kind of protein feedstuffs,and it has high nutritional value as well as low price,so it could partially replace soybean meal in diets of livestock and poultry.Nutritional characteristics of coconut meal,matters needing attention of use and its application research in diets of livestock and poultry were reviewed in this paper,aimed to provide the theoretical references of utilizing coconut meal reasonably and effectively in the actual production.
