摘 要:豆粕是蛋鸡日粮中主要的蛋白质来源,我国豆粕严重依赖国外进口大豆加工,为实现豆粕减量替代,需要加大比例和高效利用非常规饲料原料。依据蛋鸡的氨基酸需要量,在可消化氨基酸基础上配制日粮,是实现精准饲养的重中之重。本文从蛋鸡氨基酸需要量和非常规蛋白质饲料原料氨基酸消化率两方面入手,综述了近年来蛋鸡饲料原料氨基酸消化率评定方面的研究进展,以期为实现蛋鸡饲料精准配制和提高养殖效益提供参考依据和指导。Soybean meal is the main protein ingredient in diet of laying hen.Due to the heavy dependacne of imported soybean to produce soybean meal,reduction of soybean meal in the animal diet is urgent.In order to achieve the replacement or reduction of soybean,high inclusion level and efficient utilization of unconventional feedstuffs is the main task.Formulation of the diet based on the digestible amino acid profiles of feedstuffs and the amino acid requirements of laying hen is the key approach to achieve accurate feeding.This paper reviewed the progress of research on the replacement of raw materials for laying hens on the basis of the amino acid requirements of laying hens and the amino acid digestibility of many unconventional protein feedstuffs,with the aim to provide reference and guidance for achievement of accurate preparation of feed for laying hens and improvement of benefits of layer farming.
