摘  要:为研究酸性木聚糖酶和中性木聚糖酶在玉米-豆粕型饲粮中对817肉鸡生长性能、营养表观消化率、血清生化指标、回肠抗氧化功能及紧密连接蛋白的影响,试验选取600只1日龄体重相近的健康817肉公鸡,随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加2000 U/kg中性木聚糖酶或酸性木聚糖酶。试验期为42 d,分前期(1~21 d)和后期(22~42 d)两个阶段饲养。结果表明:饲粮中添加2000 U/kg酸性木聚糖酶可显著提高1~21日龄白羽肉鸡日增重(P<0.05),一定程度提高总能、脂肪、钙的代谢率,白羽肉鸡机体的体液免疫功能及回肠的抗氧化能力,并且可显著提高回肠组织闭合小环蛋白-1(ZO-1)的相对表达量(P<0.05),有助于维持肠道屏障功能。The purpose of the experiment was to compare the effects of acidic and neutral xylanase in corn-soybean meal on growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,serum biochemical indexes,ileal antioxidant function and tight junction protein of 817 broilers.600 healthy 817 broilers with similar body weight at 1 day were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed with corn-soybean meal basal diet,and the experimental group was supplemented with 2000 U/kg neutral xylanase or acidic xylanase in the basal diet,respectively.The experimental period was 42 d,and the animals were reared in two stages:the early stage(1~21 d)and the later stage(22~42 d).The results showed that the addition of 2000 U/kg acid xylanase to the diet could significantly increase the daily weight gain of 1-21-day-old white-feathered broilers(P<0.05),and improve the metabolism of total energy,fat and calcium to a certain extent.It could improve the humoral immune function of white feather broilers,the antioxidant capacity in ileum,and significantly increase the relative expression of ileal Zona Occludens-1(ZO-1)(P<0.05),which was helpful to maintain the intestinal barrier function.
