摘　　要：以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视制度执行工作。全面提高党内法规制度执行力,充分发挥制度刚性约束和治本功能具有重要的现实意义。苏州市纪委紧密结合实际,加强工作实践,初步形成了具有特色的制度执行监督检查方式方法,并立足执行工作实际,探索构建了制度执行监督检查指标体系,为提升制度执行监督检查工作质量提供了有益借鉴。The CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core attaches great importance to institution implementation.It is of great practical significance to comprehensively improve the enforcement of the Party's rules and regulations,and carry out to the letter the rigid constraints and fundamental functions of its institutions.Suzhou Commission for Discipline Inspection has,through its rich work practices,tentatively worked out a distinctive supervision and inspection method for institution implementation and built up an indicator system to supervise institution implementation,so as to provide a useful reference to future work.
