双腔心脏起搏器对缓慢性心律失常患者心功能及生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析缓慢性心律失常患者采取双腔心脏起搏器治疗对其心功能及生活质量的改善效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月黔南州人民医院收治的缓慢性心律失常患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各30例。对照组行单腔心脏起搏器治疗,研究组行双腔心脏起搏器治疗。比较两组患者心功能指标、生活质量、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组左心室射血分数、左心房内径、心脏指数水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组社会功能、物质生活、心理健康、躯体功能评分均高于治疗前,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。结论:缓慢性心律失常患者采用双腔心脏起搏器治疗对心功能有较好的改善效果,可提高患者生活质量,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the improvement of cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic arrhythmia treated with dual chamber pacemaker.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic arrhythmia admitted to Qiannan Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received single chamber pacemaker treatment,and the study group received dual chamber pacemaker treatment.The indexes of cardiac function,quality of life and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction,left atrial diameter and heart index in the study group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of social function,material life,mental health and physical function in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with chronic arrhythmia with dual chamber pacemaker has a better effect on cardiac function,can improve the quality of life of patients,and has significant curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
