艾灸结合穴位按摩对中风患者偏瘫肢体运动功能康复效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中风偏瘫者应用艾灸结合穴位按摩后肢体运动功能康复的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年5月福建省某三级甲等专科医院神经康复内科收治的中风偏瘫患者70例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成常规组和干预组,各35例。常规组采用常规康复护理措施及康复训练,干预组在常规组基础上给予艾灸结合穴位按摩。比较两组肢体运动功能、满意度。结果:治疗4、12周后,干预组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组中患者(或家属)对治疗操作人员满意度最高(80%),对康复治疗费用满意度最低(5.71%)。常规组中患者(或家属)对治疗操作人员满意度最高(68.57%),对康复治疗期间费用满意度最低(2.85%)。结论:艾灸结合穴位按摩用于治疗中风偏瘫患者的效果较好,可促进患者的肢体运动功能康复,且操作方法简单、经济实惠,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on rehabilitation of limb motor function in stroke hemiplegia patients.Methods:A total of seventy patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to the department of neurological rehabilitation of a grade-Ⅲhospital in Fujian Province from February 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into routine group and intervention group according to random number table method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The routine group was given routine rehabilitation nursing measures and rehabilitation training,and the intervention group was given moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the routine group.Limb motor function and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function scale in the intervention group were higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the intervention group,patients(or their families)had the highest satisfaction with treatment operators(80%)and the lowest satisfaction with rehabilitation costs(5.71%);In the routine group,patients(or their families)had the highest satisfaction with the treatment operator(68.57%)and the lowest satisfaction with the cost of rehabilitation treatment(2.85%).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with acupoint massage for the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia has a good effect,can promote the rehabilitation of patients'limb motor function,and the operation method is simple,economical,and the patient satisfaction is high,worthy of clinical promotion.
