摘　　要：目的:探讨对青少年口腔固定矫治患者予以个性化护理干预的效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月南方医科大学口腔医院收治的口腔正畸治疗患者66例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各33例。两组患者均实施口腔固定矫治后,对照组予以常规护理干预,干预组在对照组基础上给予个性化护理干预。比较两组托槽脱落率、牙周指数、护理满意度。结果:干预组托槽脱落率低于对照组(P<0.001);护理后,干预组出血指数、牙龈指数、菌斑指数均优于对照组(P<0.001);干预组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.012)。结论:个性化护理干预对青少年口腔固定矫治患者的应用效果显著,可有效降低托槽脱落率,最大限度确保牙周健康,从而提高患者满意度,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effects of personalized nursing interventions for adolescent oral fixed orthodontic patients.Methods:Sixty-six patients with orthodontic treatment admitted to the Stomatology Hospital of Southern Medical University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into an intervention group and a control group of thirty-three patients each according to the randomized numerical table method.After the implementation of oral fixed orthodontic treatment in both groups,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given personalized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of bracket loss rate,periodontal index,and nursing satisfaction.Results:The rate of bracket loss in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001);After care,the bleeding index,gingival index,and plaque index of the intervention group were better than those of the control group(P<0.001);Nursing care satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.012).Conclusion:The application of personalized nursing intervention for adolescent oral fixed orthodontic patients has significant effect,which can effectively reduce the rate of bracket dislodgement,maximize the periodontal health to ensure that the patient's satisfaction can be improved,and is worthy of promotion.
