摘　　要：丘疹性坏死性皮肤结核是一种严重的皮肤感染性疾病,临床治疗和护理难度较大。本文报告1例丘疹坏死性结核疹患者的诊疗过程和护理经验,在常规用药治疗的抗痨基础上辅以皮肤护理、消毒隔离、疼痛护理、心理护理、出院随访等护理措施,取得良好的效果。患者住院18 d后,皮肤结核症状得到缓解,溃疡面结痂并部分脱落,整体病情稳定,出院2周后随访症状已基本消失。Papular necrotizing tuberculosis is a serious skin infectious disease,which is difficult to treat and care in clinic.This paper reported the diagnosis,treatment and nursing experience of a case of papular necrotizing tuberculosis.On the basis of the routine treatment of anti-tuberculosis drugs,the nursing measures such as skin care,disinfection and isolation,pain care,psychological care and discharge follow-up had achieved good results.After the patient was hospitalized for 18 days,the symptoms of skin tuberculosis were relieved,the ulcer surface crusted and partially shed,and the overall condition was stable.The symptoms basically disappeared after 2 weeks of follow-up after discharge.
