冠心病患者环形反义非编码基因表达与冠状动脉血管病变程度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的观察冠心病患者与对照组体内环形反义非编码基因(circANRIL)表达量差异,并进一步分析circANRIL表达量与冠状动脉血管狭窄程度的相关性,探究circANRIL表达在冠心病发生发展中的临床意义。方法选取2021年2月至2021年11月因胸痛或胸闷入住山西医科大学第二医院心内科的患者共100例。根据冠脉造影结果将患者分为对照组(n=29)及冠心病组(n=71),冠心病组患者根据Gensini评分三分位数等分为轻度狭窄组(≤13分,n=23)、中度狭窄组(14~60分,n=24)、重度狭窄组(≥61,n=24)。应用RT-qPCR法检测入组患者全血circANRIL表达量。结果与对照组相比,冠心病组患者circANRIL表达量明显增加(t=-8.229,P<0.05),circANRIL表达与冠状动脉血管狭窄程度呈显著正相关(r=0.722,P<0.001)。多因素logistic回归示,circANRIL是冠状动脉血管狭窄程度的独立危险因素(P<0.001,β=0.970)。结论冠心病患者circANRIL表达显著高于对照组,在冠心病组中,circANRIL表达量重度狭窄组>中度狭窄组>轻度狭窄组,且circANRIL与冠状动脉血管狭窄程度呈显著正相关。CircANRIL是冠状动脉血管狭窄程度的独立影响因素,与冠状动脉血管狭窄程度有一定相关性。Objective To investigate the different expression level of circular antisense noncoding RNA in the INK4 locus(circ ANRIL)in the patients with coronary heart disease and the correlation between the expression level of circ ANRIL and the degree of coronary artery stenosis.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to the Cardiology Department of the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University due to chest pain or tightness from February 2021 to November 2021 were selected.According to the results of coronary angiography,patients were divided into the control group(≤13 scores,n=29)and the coronary heart disease group(14~60 scores,n=71).Patients in the coronary heart disease group were divided into mild stenosis group(≥61 scores,n=23),moderate stenosis group(n=24)and severe stenosis group(n=24)based on the Gensini score.RT qPCR method was used to detect the expression of circ ANRIL in the blood of patients.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of circle ANRIL in the coronary heart disease group significantly increased(t=-8.229,P<0.05),and the expression of circle ANRIL was significantly positively related with the degree of coronary artery stenosis(r=0.722,P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression showed that circ ANRIL was an independent risk factor for the degree of coronary artery stenosis(P<0.001,β=0.970).Conclusion The expression of circ ANRIL in patients with coronary heart disease was significantly higher than that in the control group.In the coronary heart disease group,the expression level of circ ANRIL was higher in the severe stenosis group than in the moderate stenosis group than in the mild stenosis group,and there was a significant positive correlation between circ ANRIL and the degree of coronary artery stenosis.Circle ANRIL is an independent influencing factor for the degree of coronary artery stenosis and has a certain correlation with the degree of coronary artery stenosis.
