摘  要:心肌代谢过程中利用大量脂肪酸作为底物提供能量,其中储存于脂滴中的中性脂质是心肌代谢主要能量来源。脂滴主要由中性脂质和磷脂单层分子膜构成,表面镶嵌脂滴相关蛋白(LDAP)以调节细胞内脂质代谢。心肌代谢过程中,若脂肪酸摄取和氧化不平衡,过量脂滴积累,可能导致心肌脂毒性,影响心脏功能。本文就近年来对脂滴及LDAP调节的脂质稳态在心肌代谢过程中发挥的作用,心肌代谢与脂滴的研究进展进行阐述,探讨心肌脂滴代谢在心血管疾病中的作用以及应用前景。Large amounts of fatty acids(FA)are utilized as a substrate to provide energy during myocardial metabolism.Neutral lipids stored in lipid droplets(LD)are the main energy source of myocardial metabolism.LD is a multifunctional organelle involved in intracellular lipid metabolism.It is mainly composed of neutral lipid and phospholipid monolayers,and it is inlaid with lipid droplet-associated protein(LDAP)to regulate lipid metabolism.During myocardial metabolism,if the uptake and oxidation of FA are unbalanced,there would be excessive LD accumulation,which may lead to cardiac lipid toxicity and affect cardiac function.In this review paper,we summarize the known research progress of myocardial metabolism and LD focused on the role of lipid homeostasis regulated by LD and LDAP in myocardial metabolism,to highlight the role and application prospect of myocardial LD metabolism in cardiovascular disease.
