摘  要:干线协调控制是有效缓解城市交通拥堵,提升城市干线交通运行效率的重要手段之一。为保证干线绿波通行,减小触摸式行人设施对干线车流通行效率的影响,设计了一种干线协调背景下路段触摸式行人过街信号配时方法。基于目前国内外干线协调研究现状及实际需求,提出了触摸式行人信号配时内外循环的概念、配时步骤及配时参数;选取内蒙古包头市民族东路干线路段的行人过街设施为研究对象,通过现状数据调查与分析,进行实例验证;通过Vissim仿真进行前后对比分析。结果表明:高峰时期干线各路口总延误分别改善9.64%、2.50%、8.05%,平峰时期路口总延误分别降低24.49%、8.71%、16.96%,平峰期改善效果较高峰期更为显著。Coordinated control of trunk is one of the important means to effectively alleviate urban traffic congestion and improve the efficiency of urban trunk traffic.A timing method of touch pedestrian signal light under the background of signal coordinated control of trunk road was designed to ensure the green wave passage of the urban trunk road and reduce the influence of touch pedestrian facilities on the efficiency of the trunk road vehicles.Firstly,based on the current research and actual needs of trunk line coordination at home and abroad,the concept of inner and outer circulation,timing steps and timing parameters of touch pedestrian signals were proposed.Secondly,the pedestrian crossing facilities of Minzu East Road in Baotou City,Inner Mongolia were selected as the research object,verified by the data investigation and analysis.Finally,the timing plan before and after were compared and analyzed by the Vissim simulation software.The results showed that the total delay at the intersection in peak period was improved by 9.64%,2.50% and 8.05%,respectively.While the total delay in normal period was improved by 24.49%,8.71% and 16.96%,respectively.The improvement effect in normal period was more significant than that in peak period.
