摘  要:以岭南四大名园之一的清晖园为研究对象,以网络旅游者评论为数据来源,采用内容分析法,并结合运用ROST CM6.0软件分析得出:旅游者对清晖园感知意象主要是景观意象、文化意象、地方意象和情感意象。在景观意象中主要是生物景观和人文景观;文化意象体现在历史文化;地方意象分为地域特色与周边设施;情感意象主要是游憩体验。通过语义网络分析发现对于景区的景点类型和地理位置,地位历史与特征以及景区管理和地方特色周边设施有着清晰的了解;通过旅游者对园区的网络评分统计,发现旅游者对清晖园有较好的评价,但也发现景区的基础设施与管理存在一定不足。With the help of content analysis method and ROST CM6.0 software,this article takes Qinghui garden,one of the four famous gardens in Lingnan region as the research object,adopts online tourists'comments as data sources,and draws conclusions as follows:tourists perception on Qinghui garden is mainly landscape image,cultural image,local image and emotional image.In the landscape image,it is mainly biological landscape and humanistic landscape;Cultural images are reflected in historical culture;Local image is divided into regional characteristics and peripheral facilities;Emotional images are mainly recreational experiences.According to semantic network analysis,it is found that tourists have good understanding on the scenic spot type and geographical location,status history and characteristics,the management of scenic spots,local characteristics and peripheral facilities.Through tourists'online scoring statistics,it is found that tourists have a positive evaluation of Qinghui garden,but they also find room for improvement in the infrastructure and management of the scenic area.
