摘　　要：新兴产业技术的快速发展对产业研究的时效性提出了更高的要求。现有的产业研究方法体系存在实时性、动态性不足等缺陷,削弱了对于产业运行管理工作的指导作用。针对此,拟探索一种基于专利导航体系的新兴产业技术研究方法。第一,借鉴政策文本的定量评价方法,以PMC模型为基础框架,构建区域产业发展政策的定量分析模型;第二,基于区域布局专利导航研究方法体系,构建包括7个分析要素、16个分析指标的区域产业发展量化评价模型;第三,基于共现分析法和引用分析法,参考知识流动理论,构建表征产业技术融合及应用情况的融合系数;第四,以国内部分省市区块链产业技术发展研究为例,展示上述模型在新兴产业技术的区域全景研究、比较研究,以及产业技术融合研究中的实践成效。弥补了现有产业研究方法体系存在的方法学缺陷,有效提升了产业研究方法的适用性,拓展了其应用范围和场景,为新兴产业技术领域的研究提供新的思路。The rapid development of emerging industry technology has put forward higher requirements for the timeliness of industrial research.The current industrial research methodology system has deficiencies in real-time and dynamic performance,which weakens its guiding role in industrial operation and management.To solve this problem,this article aims to explore a research method for emerging industry technology based on patent navigation system.Firstly,based on the quantitative evaluation method of policy texts and the PMC model,we constructed a quantitative analysis model for regional industrial policies.Secondly,based on the research methodology system of patent navigation for regional planning,we constructed a quantitative evaluation model for regional industrial development,which includes 7 analysis elements and 16 analysis indicators.Thirdly,based on the methods of co-occurrence analysis and citation analysis,and referring to knowledge flow theory,we bulit a fusion coefficient to characterize the integration and application of industrial technologies.Fourthly,we took as an example the study on blockchain industry and technology in major provinces,which exhibited the practical effectiveness of the above models in regional panoramic research,comparative research,as well as industrial technology integration research of emerging industry technology.In conclusion,this research method can compensate for the shortcomings of the current industrial research methodology system,effectively improve the applicability of industrial research methods,expand their application scope and scenarios,and provide new ideas for research in the field of emerging industry technology.
