System Design of Turbine While Drilling Simulator

摘  要:目前涡轮发电机已成为井下随钻测量技术(MWD)的标准配置。为保障其工作可靠性,以涡轮特性为研究对象,建立随钻涡轮仿真器以永磁同步电机为主的Simulink模型,对MWD涡轮发电机系统及其工作特性进行仿真设计和研究。搭建了以TMS320F28335为核心的永磁同步电机控制仿真系统,在不同流量下对Simulink模型和系统进行测试,电机转速的输出性能与涡轮特性一致,完成了基于直流电机和DSP的涡轮仿真器设计;比较了直流电机与涡轮模型输出特性,在试验中经过测量得出,当输入流量为5~11 L/s时,涡轮的输出特性有很好体现,由此验证了涡轮仿真器的正确性。所得结论可为涡轮机的后续研究提供参考,对现场操作具有指导意义。Turbogenerator has become a standard configuration for downhole measurement while drilling(MWD)technology.To ensure its reliable work,taking turbine characteristics as the research object,a Simulink model with permanent magnet synchromotor as the main component of the turbine while drilling simulator was built to conduct simulation design and research on the MWD turbogenerator system and its operating characteristics.The research results show that a permanent magnet synchromotor control simulation system with TMS320F28335 as the core has been built;Simulink model and system have been tested under different flow rates,and the output performance of the motor at different flow rates is consistent with the characteristics of the turbine,completing the DC motor and DSP based turbine simulator design;by means of comparing the output characteristics of the DC motor and turbine model,the measurement in the test shows that when the input flow rate is 5 to 11 L/s,the output characteristics of the turbine are well reflected,thus verifying the correctness of the turbine simulator.The research conclusions provide a reference for subsequent research on turbines and have guiding significance for field operations.
