摘  要:在疏松砂岩油藏开采过程中,储层出砂后堵塞油气通道已经成为油井减产降效的重要原因。为了研究机械筛管在防砂过程中的堵塞问题,基于超轻预充填防砂筛管建立CFD-DEM四向交互流固耦合模型,针对地层砂粒度分布特点构建混合砂注入模型,形成井壁出砂与机械筛管防砂全周期流体生产过程;采用静态分层法划分井筒环空与挡砂介质区域,考虑挡砂结构、流体性质与井壁出砂速度3方面影响因素,定量研究流体压力与颗粒的堵塞规律。分析结果表明:陶粒直径与地层砂粒度中值比值为7时,流体阻力变小,解堵效果明显;流速过大形成的冲击力不仅对解堵作用较弱,反而会加剧筛管的堵塞;超轻预充填防砂筛管对流体黏度敏感性较弱,且能够应对井壁快速出砂的情况,适用于出砂量大的稠油油藏。研究结果可为油田高效防砂增产提供参考。In the process of exploiting unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs,the blockage of oil and gas channels after sand production has become an important reason for the reduction of production and efficiency of oil wells.In order to study the blockage problem of mechanical liner in the sand control process,a CFD-DEM fourway interactive fluid-solid coupling model was built based on the ultralight prepacked sand control liner,and a mixed sand injection model was constructed based on the distribution characteristics of formation sand size,forming a full cycle fluid production process of sidewall sand production and mechanical liner sand control;the wellbore annulus and sand retention medium area were divided using the static layering method,and the fluid pressure and particle blockage laws were quantitatively studied after having considered three influential factors such as sand retention structure,fluid property and sidewall sand production rate.The analysis results show that when the ratio of ceramsite diameter to the median formation sand size is 7,the fluid resistance decreases and the blockage removal effect is obvious;the impact force formed by excessive flow velocity has a weaker effect on blockage removal,and even exacerbates the blockage of the liner;the ultralight prepacked sand control liner has weak sensitivity to fluid viscosity,and can cope with rapid sand production from the wellbore,making it suitable for heavy oil reservoirs with high sand production rate.The study results provide reference for efficient sand control and production increase in oilfields.
