摘  要:本研究采用的超细复合掺合料由50%的S95矿粉和50%的粉煤灰组成,经过超细球磨机混合粉磨得到,探索了超细复合掺合料在水泥、不同强度等级混凝土及超高性能混凝土的应用方式,研究了其对水泥和混凝土性能的影响。研究表明:超细复合掺合料能替代10%~20%的成品P·O 42.5水泥,水泥3 d强度不降低,28 d抗折和抗压强度分别提高0.5 MPa和10 MPa以上,其他性能均能符合标准要求;在C30、C50和C80强度等级混凝土中超细复合掺合料完全替代矿粉,可提高混凝土的流动性和抗压强度,C30强度等级混凝土的耐久性能得到明显改善;在超高性能混凝土中超细复合掺合料替代20%~50%的水泥,超高性能混凝土流动性和28 d抗压强度均先增加后降低,替代量40%时为最优。The ultrafine composite admixture used in this study is composed of 50%S95 mineral powder and 50%fly ash,which is obtained by mixing and grinding with ultrafine ball mill.The application mode of ultrafine composite admixture in cement,concrete of different strength grades and ultra-high performance concrete was explored,and its influence on the properties of cement and concrete was studied.The results showed that the superfine composite admixture can replace 10%~20%of P·O 42.5 cement,the 3 d strength of cement does not decrease,the 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength increase by more than 0.5 MPa and 10 MPa respectively,and other properties can meet the standard requirements.In the C30,C50 and C80 strength grade concrete,the ultrafine composite admixture completely replacing the mineral powder can improve the fluidity and compressive strength of concrete,and the durability of C30 strength grade concrete is obviously improved.When the ultra-fine composite admixture replaces 20%~50%cement in ultra-high performance concrete,the fluidity and 28 d compressive strength of ultra-high performance concrete increase first and then decrease,and the replacement amount of 40%is the best.
