摘 要:为加快肉牛产业标准化、智能化发展进程,提高肉牛产业链智能化发展水平,对当前肉牛产业链构成及其各环节的生产状况进行分析,对产业链中受精繁育、饲养管理、屠宰加工、物流仓储等关键环节的智能感知技术进行研究,对产业链数字化模型的影响参数进行调研,完成数字化模型设计,开发肉牛产业智能感知平台,实现肉牛产业链数字化管理。可节省人力资源投入,有效提升肉牛产业链信息化管理水平。In order to accelerate standardization and intelligence of the beef cattle industry and make the beef cattle industry chains more smarter,the article analyzed links of the current beef cattle industry and the production status of each link,and studied the intelligent sensing technology for key links,such as fertilization and breeding,feeding management,slaughtering and processing,and logistics and storage.This study also investigated factors of the digital model of the beef cattle industry and completed design of the digital model and construction of the intelligent sensing platform for the industry.Through the digital model and intelligent sensing platform,digital management of the beef cattle industry could be achieved.Therefore,labor input reduction and more digital information management of the beef cattle industry could be attained.
