摘　　要：探究科技金融网络与政策体系的协同演化,对于完善我国科技金融领域的发展具有重要意义。本文基于我国创业板2010-2021年科技型企业与资金供给方间的资金流动频次和资金金额数据,运用社会网络分析方法,从“量”和“质”的视角对科技金融网络进行测度和特征分析。在此基础上,分析科技金融政策与科技金融网络的协同演化机制。研究发现,科技金融网络规模整体上呈现出递增趋势。资本市场融资始终是企业融资的主要渠道,但不同时期科技型企业与资金供给方联系频度有所差异。科技金融网络与科技金融政策相互促进与影响,政策可以推动科技金融网络螺旋式演进。Exploring the co-evolution of sci-tech financial network and its policy system is of great significance for improving the development of Sci-tech financial in China.Based on the data of capital flow frequency and capital amount between technology-based en-terprises and capital suppliers in gem from 2010 to 2021,this paper uses social network analysis method to measure and analyze the charac-teristics of technology-based financial network from the perspective of"quantity"and"quality".On this basis,this paper analyzes the coevolution mechanism of science and technology finance policy and science and technology finance network.The results show that:The scale of science and technology finance network is increasing.Capital market financing is always the main channel of enterprise financing,but the frequency of contact between technology-based enterprises and capital suppliers is different in different periods.Sci-tech financial network and policy promote and influence each other,and policy can promote the spiral evolution of science and technology financial network.Fi-nally,this paper puts forward relevant enlightenment and suggestions on how scientific and technological enterprises can obtain an advanta-geous position by virtue of the network,and how the network can achieve optimization by Sci-tech financial policy.
