摘　　要：习近平文化思想的正式提出标志着以习近平为主要代表的中国共产党人对文化发展及其建设规律的深刻认知与全面把握,意味着中国文化以鲜明的自我意识超越了普遍一般化的文化发展定律。习近平文化思想以广博的理论体系、丰富的理论内涵、系统的理论表达创造性地回答了“中国文化从哪里来、到哪里去”以及“中国文化是什么”“中国文化如何建设”等一系列关涉文化形态论、文化本质论、文化主体论、文化领导论与文化交往论的最基础、最核心问题,丰富和发展了马克思主义文化理论,极具学理性和原创性,对新时代中国文化建设具有重要的指导意义。The formal presentation of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture marks the CPC,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the main representatives,having a deep understanding and comprehensive grasp of the laws of cultural development and its construction.It means that Chinese culture has surpassed the general laws of cultural development with its distinctive self-awareness.With its extensive theoretical system,rich theoretical connotation,and systematic theoretical expression,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture creatively answer a series of questions such as where does Chinese culture come from and where does it go,what is Chinese culture,how to build up Chinese culture.These questions involve theory of cultural morphology,cultural essence,cultural subjectivity,cultural leadership and cultural communication in which they are the most basic and core issues.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture enriches and develops Marxist cultural theory,has great academic rationality and original contributions,and has important guiding significance for the construction of Chinese culture in the new era.
