摘 要:过氧化氢(hydrogen peroxide,H_(2)O_(2))是细胞内重要的活性氧化物,在细胞的分化、增殖、免疫、信号传导等多方面发挥作用,因此对过氧化氢的准确检测具有非常重要的意义。荧光检测技术由于具有操作简便、生物相容度高、灵敏度高、选择性高、可实时原位检测等优点被广泛应用于过氧化氢的生物检测。有机小分子荧光探针由于膜透过性好、结构可调控性强等优点是过氧化氢荧光检测、成像的研究热点。本文从有机小分子过氧化氢荧光探针的响应机理入手,对该领域近五年来H_(2)O_(2)荧光探针的设计、构建及生物应用的部分研究工作进行归纳总结,并展望其发展方向和应用前景。Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))is one of the important reactive oxidative species in cells,which plays a role in cell differentiation,proliferation,immunity,signal transduction and so on.Therefore,accurate analysis and detection of H_(2)O_(2) is of great significance.Fluorescence detection technology is widely used to monitor H_(2)O_(2),because of its advantages of simple operation,high biocompatibility,high sensitivity,high selectivity and real-time in-situ detection.Organic small molecule fluorescent probes for H_(2)O_(2) have been intensively studied,regarding to its good membrane permeability and easy structure tuning.In this paper,some research in this field in the past five years was summarized,based on the response mechanism of small organic molecule fluorescent probes for H_(2)O_(2).The design,construction and biological application of H_(2)O_(2) fluorescent probe were also discussed.And the development direction and application prospect of H_(2)O_(2) fluorescent probe were prospected.
