摘 要:脑室外引流术(external ventricular drainage,EVD)是神经外科常用的手术方式之一,通过穿刺患者脑室并安置外引流管从而达到引流脑室内容物的目的。脑室外引流相关感染(external ventricular drainage related infection,ERI)是一种严重的EVD并发症,可显著增加死亡率、延长住院时间及增加治疗费用。近年来,ERI的控制策略日渐完善和丰富,但主要集中在提高手术的整体安全性和制定群体性预防措施上,在感染信息化预测和精准防控方面还相对不足。本文简述了EVD的研究历史,总结和探讨了ERI的防控认识、防控策略、防控器材、防控方法及其进展,以及感染预测模型与信息化和精准防控技术,并在此基础上对研究前景进行了展望。本综述内容可为EVD精准防控感染相关领域提供研究思路和有益借鉴。External ventricular drainage(EVD)is a commonly performed neurosurgical procedure that drains the contents of ventricles by puncture and placement of a drainage catheter.EVD-related infection(ERI)is a severe complication of EVD,resulting in substantially increased in-hospital mortality,prolonged hospital length of stay,and higher healthcare costs.The recent trend concerning ERI mainly focuses on improving the overall safety of surgery and developing group preventive measures.However,the study regarding information-based infection prediction and precise prevention and control is relatively insufficient.Our paper briefly discussed the research history of EVD,summarized viewpoints,strategies,equipment,and methods of ERI prevention and control,and discussed the progress of the infection prediction model and precision prevention and control technology,as well as the research prospect.This review could provide a research route and valuable reference for the related fields of precise prevention and control of EVD infection.
