摘  要:目的探究阿奇霉素序贯疗法对支原体肺炎患儿的炎症递质及免疫功能的影响,以期为后续研究提供指导。方法选择2019年5月~2021年5月于我院就诊的91例支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=46)。两组均给予一般治疗,基于此,对照组给予红霉素,观察组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法,疗程2周。对比两组治疗前、治疗2周后炎症递质及免疫功能的变化。结果两组治疗后炎症递质指标水平和免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M等免疫功能指标水平均改善,且观察组低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法用于支原体肺炎患儿的治疗效果较好,利于降低炎症反应,改善免疫功能,推荐用于临床。Objective To explore the effect of azithromycin sequential therapy on inflammatory mediators and immune function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,in order to provide guidance for follow⁃up research.Methods A total of 91 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups were given general treatment,based on this,the control group was given erythromycin,and the observation group was given azithromycin sequential therapy for 2 weeks.The changes of inflammatory mediators and immune function were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory mediators and immune function indexes such as immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A,and immunoglobulin M in the two groups were improved,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy has a good therapeutic effect on children with mycoplasma pneumonia,which is beneficial to reduce inflammatory response and improve immune function.It is recommended for clinical use.
