缩宫素联合益母草颗粒对产后阴道出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究缩宫素联合益母草颗粒对产后阴道出血的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2019年7月河南科技大学第一附属医院产科收治的106例产后阴道出血患者进行研究。随机分为观察组(53例)与对照组(53例)。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益母草颗粒治疗。治疗5d,观察两组中医证候积分、临床疗效、产后出血量、血红蛋白和红细胞计数。结果与对照组比较,观察组中医证候积分较低,总有效率较高,产时、产后2h、产后24h、产后72h出血量较低,血红蛋白、红细胞计数较高(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素联合益母草颗粒治疗产后阴道出血患者,疗效显著,可显著改善临床症状,控制出血情况,调节血红蛋白和红细胞水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with motherwort granules on postpartum vagi⁃nal bleeding.Methods From June 2017 to July 2019,106 patients with postpartum vaginal bleeding who were admitted to the obstetrics department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were selected for the study.They were different treatment methods divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(53 cases).The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with motherwort granules on the basis of the control group.After 5 days of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,postpartum hemorrhage,hemoglobin and red blood cell count of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower TCM syndrome score,higher total effective rate,lower bleeding volume at birth,2h,24h and 72h postpartum,and high⁃er hemoglobin and red blood cell counts(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with motherwort granules in the treatment of postpartum vaginal bleeding has significant effect,can significantly improve clinical symptoms,control bleeding,regulate hemoglobin and red blood cell levels.
