护理干预对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者再次住院率和自我管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨远程护理干预减少糖尿病性视网膜病变患者再次住院率及对患者自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2019年10月收入医院的患者79例。根据护理方法的不同将患者分为观察组(41例)与对照组(38例),对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取远程护理。观察两组患者血糖水平、自我管理能力及再住院率。结果两组患者干预后空腹及餐后2h血糖均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者自我管理能力均升高,观察组上升幅度大于对照组(P>0.05),且观察组1年内再住院率(7.31%)低于对照组(31.5%)(P>0.05)。结论远程护理干预糖尿病性视网膜病变患者能有效改善血糖水平,提高患者自我管理能力,减少再入院率。Objective To explore the effect of remote nursing intervention on reducing the rehospitalization rate of pa⁃tients with diabetic retinopathy and on the self⁃management ability of patients.Methods A total of 79 patients admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to October 2019 were selected.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided in⁃to observation group(41 cases)and control group(38 cases).The control group took conventional nursing and the observa⁃tion group took remote nursing.Blood glucose level,self⁃management ability and hospitalization rate of the two groups of pa⁃tients were observed.Results The fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups of patients decreased after intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Self management ability increased in both groups after the intervention,the increase was greater in the observation group than in the control group(P>0.05).The rehospitalization rate(7.31%)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(31.5%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Remote nursing intervention for patients with diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve blood sugar levels,improve patient self⁃management ability,and reduce the rate of readmission.
