手部锻炼操应用于经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗患者术后护理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗患者术后护理中应用手部锻炼操的效果。方法随机选取我院2016年3月至2018年7月,行桡动脉冠状动脉治疗患者84例,作为研究对象,按照数字盲选法分为两组,对照组(42例)予常规护理,研究组(42例)在对照组基础上行手部锻炼操,比较两组患者术后出血、疼痛、肿胀及其他并发症的发生率,比较两组术后关节活动度变化。结果研究组术后出血、疼痛、肿胀及其他并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗术后,应用手部锻炼操可有效缓解患者手掌的肿胀、疼痛等不适,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To explore the effect of hand exercise in postoperative nursing care of patients undergoing transradial coronary intervention.Methods From March 2016 to July 2018,84 patients with radial coronary artery treatment in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the digital blind selection method.The control group(42 cases)was given routine nursing,and the study group(42 cases)was given hand exercise on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postoperative bleeding,pain,swelling and other complications of the two groups were compared The range of motion(ROM)of the joint in group A was changed.Results The incidence of postoperative bleeding,pain,swelling and other complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the range of motion of the joint in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hand exercise can effectively relieve the palm swelling,pain and other discomfort after radial artery coronary intervention,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
