摘　　要：家庭网络是打造高品质宽带服务的重要一环,可通过构建家庭组网管控协议打造具有广电特色的家庭组网技术服务体系。本文描述了家庭组网管理平台,以及家庭组网服务的相关工具,并从需求、设计、实现等多个方面描述了家庭组网服务技术体系的构建。通过家庭组网服务技术体系,可为广电宽带、电视、固话语音用户提供端到端的接入质量保障,取得了较好的经济社会效益。Home network is the key to build high quality broadband service.And home network service technology system with radio and television characteristics can be built on the home networking management and control protocol.This paper describes the home networking management platform and the related tools of home networking services and describes the construction of home networking service technology system from the requirements,design,implementation and other aspects.Through the home networking service technology system,it can provide end-to-end access quality assurance for radio and television broadband,television and fixed line voice users,and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
