摘 要:为了解超声速区动态节流扰动对隔离段流动的影响,采用CFD滑移网格模拟来流马赫数为3中椭圆轴稳态节流和动态节流下(节流比0.094~0.141,频率50~1000 Hz)的激波串振荡问题。结果表明,对于稳态节流工况,当椭圆长轴与来流呈水平、45°倾斜和垂直(节流比0.094、0.119和0.141)时,隔离段内分别出现稳态激波/边界层干扰、振荡的斜激波串流动和稳态斜激波串。动态节流工况下,隔离段内产生与节流频率一致的激波串振荡流动。随节流频率增大,振荡范围呈现先减小、再增大、最后减小的变化规律,其中250 Hz工况数值最大。此外,250 Hz工况壁面压强时均值最高,壁面压强均方差分布和峰值整体高于其他工况。分析表明,随节流频率增加,动态节流引起的质量流量波动规律与激波串振荡范围变化规律一致。250 Hz工况节流截面质量流量和压比的波动幅度均高于其他工况,这与该工况激波串振荡范围最大密切相关。In order to understand the effects of dynamic throttling disturbances on the isolator flows,the CFD sliding mesh is used to simulate shock train oscillatory flows under steady throttle and dynamic throttle conditions(throttling ratio 0.094~0.141,frequency 50~1000 Hz)at Mach 3 freestream flow.The shock train oscillatory flows are generated through a periodically rotating elliptic shaft in the supersonic flow region of a train and oscillating shock train flow appears in the isolator as the major axis of the ellipse shaft is horizontally.45°inclined and vertically to the incoming flow(throttling ratio 0.094,0.119 and 0.141),respectively.Under dynamic throttling conditions,shock train oscillatory flows emerge and the oscillating frequencies accord with the throttle frequencies.As the throttling frequency increase from 50 Hz to 1000 Hz,the shock train oscillatory ranges decrease at first,then increase and finally decreases.The oscillating range of the 250 Hz condition is the largest.In addition,the mean values and the standard deviations of wall pressure at the 250 Hz condition are generally higher than those at the other conditions.The analyses show that with the increase of throttling frequency,the variation laws of mass flow rate fluctuation with the throttling frequency are consistent with those of the shock train oscillation ranges.For the throttling flow section at the 250 Hz condition,the fluctuation ranges of mass flow rate and pressure ratio are higher than those of the other conditions and are closely related to the maximum shock train oscillation range.
