摘 要:目的探讨江西某高校大学新生体质量指数(BMI)分布特征及与有关病症相关性分析。方法根据江西2020—2021级某高校3467名新生入学体检资料,分析其年龄、性别、身高、体重、血清尿酸浓度、血压、静息心率等分布,计算BMI与高尿酸血症、高血压、心动过速的关联性。结果大学新生体质量过轻、正常、超重者的比例分别为29.33%(1017/3467)、62.97%(2183/3467)、7.7%(267/3467),其中男生的超重检出率为14.50%(124/857),女生为5.50%(143/2610),男生超重检出率明显高于女生(χ^(2)=73.358,P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。体质量过轻、正常、超重组高尿酸血症的检出率为8.46%、14.29%、40.07%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=170.252,P<0.001)。体质量过轻、正常、超重组高血压的检出率为2.06%、2.43%、11.99%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=127.283,P<0.01)。超重组心动过速检出率为11.61%,是体质量正常组(3.44%)的3.37倍,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=46.662,P<0.001)。Pearson相关性分析及回归分析结果显示:BMI与血清尿酸浓度、血压、静息心率水平呈正相关关系(r=0.200、0.158、0.063,P<0.01),高BMI人群罹患高尿酸血症、高血压、心动过速的风险增加。结论大学新生超重检出率较高,这类人群通常伴有较高水平的血清尿酸浓度、血压、静息心率的风险。以上结果应引起教育部门及卫生部门的重视,早期加强大学生超重、肥胖的干预措施,倡导健康的生活方式,提高大学生的健康水平。Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of body mass index(BMI)of freshmen in a university in Jiangxi Province and analyze its correlation with related diseases.Methods Based on the physical examination data of 3467 freshmen of Class 2020-2021 in a university in Jiangxi Province,the distributions of age,gender,height,weight,serum uric acid concentration,blood pressure,resting heart rate,and others were analyzed,and the associations between BMI and hyperuricemia,hypertension and tachycardia were calculated.Results The proportions of college freshmen with underweight,normal BMI,and overweight were 29.33%(1017/3467),62.97%(2183/3467),and 7.7%(267/3467),respectively,among which the detection of overweight was 14.50%(124/857)in boys and 5.50%(143/2610)in girls,and the detection of overweight in boys was significantly higher than that in girls(χ^(2)=73.358,P<0.001).The detection rates of hyperuricemia in the underweight,normal BMI,and overweight groups were 8.46%,14.29%,and 40.07%respectively,with statistically significant differences among these groups(χ^(2)=170.252,P<0.001).The detection rates of hypertension in the underweight,normal BMI,and overweight groups were 2.06%,2.43%,and 11.99%respectively,with statistically significant differences among these groups(χ^(2)=127.283,P<0.01).The detection rate of tachycardia in the overweight group was11.61%,which was 3.37 times higher than that in the normal BMI group(3.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=46.662,P<0.001).Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that BMI was positively correlated with serum uric acid concentration,blood pressure,and resting heart rate level(r=0.200,0.158,0.063,P<0.01),and people with high BMI had an increased risk of hyperuricemia,hypertension,and tachycardia.Conclusions The detection rate of overweight among freshmen is high,and these people are usually at risk of higher levels of serum uric acid concentration,blood pressure,and resting heart rate.The above results should attrac
