摘　　要：电力市场运营机制应基于电力商品特征进行优化设计,因此新型电力系统建设对电力市场运营机制提出新的适应性要求。分析新型电力系统下的电力商品特征演变对电力市场机制设计具有重大意义。本文在分析新型电力系统发展趋势及特点的基础上,分析电力商品的特征演变,构建新型电力系统下电力商品特征分析指标体系,开展基于电力商品特征的电力市场运营机制与新型电力系统的适应性评估。算例分析表明:现行电能量市场和电力辅助服务市场与新型电力系统下电能商品特征的适应性有待提高。因此,我国电力市场化改革应在电力商品特征适应性分析的基础上进行市场运营机制优化设计,以促进新型电力系统的快速发展。The optimization design of electricity market operation mechanisms should be based on the characteristics of electricity commodities.Therefore,the construction of new power systems poses new adaptability requirements for electricity market operation mechanisms.Analyzing the evolution of electricity commodity characteristics in the new power system is of great significance for the design of market mechanisms.Based on the analysis of the development trends and characteristics of the new power system,this paper analyzes the evolution of electricity commodity characteristics,constructs an indicator system for analyzing electricity commodity characteristics in the new power system,and conducts an adaptability assessment of electricity market operation mechanisms based on electricity commodity characteristics.The case study analysis shows that the current electricity energy market and electricity ancillary service market need to improve their adaptability to the electricity commodity characteristics in the new power system.Therefore,it is recommended that China's power market reform should optimize the design of market operation mechanisms based on the adaptability analysis of electricity commodity characteristics to promote the rapid development of the new power system.
