数字经济与制造业高质量发展耦合协调关系研究——基于江苏省面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：数字经济作为知识密集型、技术密集型的经济形态,完美契合了以新发展理念为核心的高质量发展要求,能为经济社会持续健康发展提供强大动力,成为我国“变道超车”的必选之路。本文基于江苏省2015-2021年面板数据,对数字经济和制造业高质量发展状况进行分析,探究数字经济发展和制造业高质量发展之间相互影响、协调发展的耦合关系。研究表明:企业数字化水平落后是数字经济发展中的最大障碍;产业结构、能源消耗和“三废”排放对数字经济和制造业协调发展产生了抑制性影响。基于此,提出推动产业转型升级、促进数字经济发展以及推动制造业高质量发展等政策建议。The digital economy, as a knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive form of economy, perfectly aligns with the core of the new development concept and meets the requirements of high-quality development. It can provide strong impetus for the sustained and healthy development of the economy and society, making it an essential path for China's “lane-changing overtaking”.Based on the panel data of Jiangsu Province in 2015-2021, this paper analyzes the state of digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and explores the coupling relationship between digital economy development and high-quality development of manufacturing industry, which affects each other and coordinates the development. The study shows that: the backward level of enterprise digitization is the biggest obstacle in the development of digital economy;industrial structure, energy consumption and “three wastes” emissions have an inhibitory effect on the coordinated development of digital economy and manufacturing industry. Based on this, policy recommendations are put forward to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, facilitate the development of the digital economy and promote the highquality development of the manufacturing industry.
