摘　　要：随着流媒体传输技术的日益发展,高质量低延时的视频通话方案应运而生,轻量化、便捷性、高机动性的制作设备成为主流。本文以《重庆专访》节目为例介绍了新闻采访类节目制作运用轻量级、全IP化设备进行云录制的系统方案。全文详细叙述了低延时视频通话技术在广电行业的应用,重点介绍了云采访系统设计方案,最后就云采访方案提出总结与期望。With the development of streaming media transmission technology,video communication schemes with high quality and low latency have emerged.Lightweight,convenient and highly mobile production equipment have become mainstream.This paper takes the“Chongqing Interview”program as an example to introduce the cloud recording system scheme of news interview program production using lightweight and all-IP equipment.The application of low latency video communication technology in the radio and television industry is described in detail,and the design scheme of the cloud interview system is introduced emphatically.Finally,the summary and expectations of this cloud interview scheme are proposed.
