县(区)级融媒体中心安全播出方案分析研究

摘　　要：县(区)级融媒体中心电视播控系统应充分利用技术手段确保节目播出过程中内容完整、信号安全、网络安全和技术安全,实践证明一个监控功能完善、安全保障措施有力的系统,可以减少或避免安全播出事故的发生。本文通过实例详细分析县(区)级融媒体中心电视播控系统技术方案及其采用的确保节目安全播出的技术措施,供同行参考。The TV broadcast control system of the county(district)level convergence media center should make full use of technical means to ensure the integrity of the content,signal safety,network security and technical security during the broadcast process.The practice has proved that a system with perfect monitoring function and strong security measures can reduce or avoid the occurrence of safe broadcasting accidents.This paper analyzes in detail the technical scheme of the TV broadcast control system in the county(district)level convergence media center and the technical measures adopted to ensure the safe broadcasting of programs,for the reference of peers.
