广播电视卫星地球站安全播出智能应急保障系统分析

摘　　要：为保障湖南地球站上星节目播出安全,解决传统监测系统及监测方式面临的监看多、虚警多、线路复杂、安全播出保障系统智能化程度低等问题,建设了安播智能应急保障系统。实现广播电视节目传输的智能化监测,可形成一套完整的智能监测和应急处理的综合安全播出监管体系,确保节目播出信号的连续性及完整性,促进地球站安全播出的智能化监测和应急保障。To ensure the safe broadcasting of programs on radio and television earth station,the intelligent broadcast emergency support system has been built to solve the problems of traditional monitoring system and monitoring mode,such as overwatch,false alarm,complicated circuit and low intelligence level of safe broadcasting guarantee system.The realization of intelligent monitoring of radio and television program transmission can form a complete set of intelligent monitoring and emergency treatment of the comprehensive supervision system for safe broadcasting,ensure the continuity and integrity of the program broadcast signal,promote the intelligent monitoring and emergency guarantee of safe broadcasting on the earth station.
