新乡贤档案建设模式与融入乡村治理的路径研究

摘　　要：新乡贤档案记录了新乡贤个人成长历程及其参与乡村治理的过程,具有重要的乡村治理价值。它是宝贵的乡村治理资源,有助于增强乡村凝聚力,引发乡民的情感认同和共鸣,提升乡村文化软实力。现阶段,我国新乡贤档案呈现出如下特点:资源建设主体多样化,但主体间协同性不足;档案意识薄弱,缺乏内生发展动力;资源建设初见成效,仍处于初级阶段。基于这样的现状,优化模式激发建设活力,资源整合构建数字平台,深入挖掘创新编研方式,从而构建新乡贤档案多元建设模式是当下新乡贤档案发展的重要途径。同时进一步融入乡村自治、法治和德治中,夯实乡村治理基石,提供乡村法治资源支撑,实现乡村文化传承。The new rural sage archives record the personal growth of the new rural sages and the process of their participating in rural governance,which is of important value in rural governance.It is a valuable resource of rural governance,which helps to enhance rural cohesion,to trigger the emotional identification and resonance of villagers,and to enhance the soft power of rural culture.At the present stage,the new rural sage archives in our country present the following characteristics:the resource construction subjects are diversified,but the synergism among them is insufficient;archives consciousness is weak and lacks endogenous driving force of development;the development of resources has achieved initial results but remains in the preliminary stage.Based on the current situation,it is an important way for the development of new rural sage archives to stimulate the construction vitality by optimizing the model,to build a digital platform by integrating resources,to dig deeply and innovate the compilation and research methods.Meanwhile,it needs to further integrate into rural autonomy and rule of law and virtue,so as to strengthen the cornerstone of rural governance,to provide support for rural legal resources,and to realize the inheritance of rural culture.
