摘　　要：深化和推进我国生态文明理论研究和生态文明建设必须正确认识和处理三个问题:必须正确认识和处理经济发展与生态文明建设的关系问题,不能把二者的关系割裂和对立起来,应该从生态文明的本质和我国生态文明建设的阶段性目标与最终目标的维度,把二者看成是辩证统一的关系;应当把中国生态文明发展道路的实质理解为以人与自然和谐共生观念为指导的技术创新为基础的发展道路;应当区分“生态正义”与“环境正义”的不同内涵,以及他们在解决生态危机问题上和构建生态文明理论问题上的不同思路,厘清他们所属的不同理论谱系,以历史唯物主义为基础构建中国形态的生态文明理论,把历史唯物主义的“环境正义”作为我国生态文明建设的价值归宿。To deepen and promote the theoretical research and the construction of China's ecological civilization,three problems must be understood and addressed.Specifically,it is necessary to correctly understand and deal with the relationship between economic development and ecological civilization construction.These two aspects should not be separated or pitted against each other.Instead,we should regard the two as a dialectical unity from the essence of ecological civilization and the dimensions of the stage goal and the ultimate goal of China's ecological civilization construction.The essence of China's ecological civilization development path should be understood as a development path based on technological innovation guided by the idea of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.We should also distinguish the different connotations of"ecological justice"and"environmental justice",as well as their different ideas on solving ecological crisis and constructing ecological civilization theory.By clarifying the dfferent theoretical pedigrees to which they belong and constructing the ecological civilization theory in Chinese form based on historical materialism,we can designate"environmental justice"of historical materialism as the value end-result of China's ecological civilization construction.
