摘 要:目的探讨肠内加肠外营养对神经危重症患者早期营养和免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月于南通市海门区人民医院收治的86例神经危重症患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为肠内营养支持的对照组与肠内加肠外营养支持的观察组,各43例。对比两组患者机体营养状况、免疫功能与并发症。结果治疗后,观察组患者白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经危重症采用肠内加肠外营养支持治疗,能显著改善患者的机体营养状况与免疫功能,并降低患者的并发症。Objective To investigate the effects of enteral plus parenteral nutrition on early nutrition and immune function in patients with neurocritical illness.Methods A total of 86 patients with critical neurological diseases admitted to Haimen District People′s Hospital of Nantong City from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control group with enteral nutrition support and observation group with enteral parenteral nutrition support according to random number table,with 43 cases in each group.The nutritional status,immune function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of albumin,prealbumin,transferrin immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of enteral plus parenteral nutrition support therapy for neurocritical patients can significantly improve the nutritional status and immune function of patients,and reduce the complications of patients.
