高血压患者血清补体C1q和Hcy水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清补体C1q和同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hc)水平与高血压患者的相关性。方法选取2021年9月—2023年1月期间来开封市医学科学研究所就诊的高血压患者60例作为观察组,另选同期体检健康的正常人群60例作为对照组。比较两组血清补体C1q和Hcy水平,分析高血压患者和血清补体C1q、Hcy水平之间的相关性。结果高血压组的补体C1q和Hcy水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3级高血压组血清补体C1q和Hcy水平明显高于1级高血压组和2级高血压组,2级高血压组血清补体C1q、Hcy水平明显高于1级高血压组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血压水平与血清补体C1q、Hcy水平之间均为正相关关系(r=0.514,0.592,P<0.05)。结论血清补体C1q、Hcy水平与高血压的发生密切相关。Objective To explore the correlation between serum complement C1q and homocysteine(Hcy)levels and hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 60 hypertensive patients who came to Kaifeng Institute of Medical Sciences from September 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy normal people were selected as the control group during the same period.The serum complement C1q and Hcy levels were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between the serum complement C1q and Hcy levels in hypertensive patients was analyzed.Results The levels of complement C1q and Hcy in hypertension group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum C1q and Hcy in grade 3 hypertension group were significantly higher than those in grade 1 hypertension group and grade 2 hypertension group,and the levels of serum C1q and Hcy in grade 2 hypertension group were significantly higher than those in grade 1 hypertension group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between serum complement C1q and Hcy levels in hypertension group(r=0.514,0.592,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum complement C1q and Hcy levels are closely related to the development of hypertension.
