结核分枝杆菌复合群检验中应用荧光定量PCR方法的临床价值

摘　　要：目的对荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)方法检验结核分枝杆菌复合群的效果做出分析。方法选取2022年3月—2023年5月在长春市传染病医院诊治的疑似结核患者118例作为研究对象,共计156份临床样本,以实验室培养为金标准,对荧光定量PCR法的检验结果进行分析。结果在118例疑似结核患者中,经荧光定量PCR法检测,其阳性检出率为64.10%,与实验室培养检查结果相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.078,P>0.05);经荧光定量PCR法检测,其准确度、特异度、灵敏度分别为97.44%、100.00%、96.15%。结论为结核可疑患者使用荧光定量PCR法进行检测,可获取较高的检测准确度,且灵敏度和特异度均较高,临床应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the effect of fluorescence quantitative PCR method for detecting complex groups of divergences tuberculosis.Methods A total of one hundred and eighteen suspected tuberculosis patients diagnosed and treated in Changchun Infectious Disease Hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,with a total of one hundred and fifty-six clinical samples.Using laboratory culture as the gold standard,the results of fluorescence quantitative PCR were analyzed.Results Among the 118 suspected tuberculosis patients,the positive detection rate was 64.10%by fluorescence quantitative PCR,which showed no significant difference compared with the results of laboratory culture(χ^(2)=2.078,P>0.05).The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity PCR of were 97.44%,100.00%and 96.15%,respectively.Conclusion Using fluorescence quantitative PCR to detect suspected tuberculosis patients can obtain high accuracy,high sensitivity and specificity,and high clinical application value.
